Effect of in ovo injection with different levels of Canthaxanthenon on Some cellular and biochemical characteristics of the plasma chicks hatched

This experiment was conclucted to evaluated the effect of Canthaxanthen injection eggs with different levels on hatchability and phenotypic trait of chicken. Seven hundred eggs hatching (Rose 308) were divided into five groups (140/ group). Treatment groups were injected at the fourteenth day of incubation in the amniotic fluid; the eggs were injected with (0.1) ml/egg from melting solution with different concentrations of the CX as follows: T1 negative control  (without injection), T2- positive control (injected with sterile distilled water only), -T3, T4 and T5 injected by 0.5 , 1.0 , 1.5 mg CX/egg, and after hatching some of the cellular and biochemical characteristics of the hatching chicks and at 14 day old   were studied .The data showed that CX injection led to significantly ( p<0.05) elevated in packed cell volume (PCV) , total red blood cell (RBC) ,total white cell (WBC) ,Hemoglobin concentration(Hb) and total protein . However, the result revealed that there was a significant decreased (P<0.05) in the concentration of   Glucose , Triglycerides , cholesterol and Low density lipoprotein (LDL).

Effect of adding different levels of ginger powder diet on productive performance of Rose broiler

This research was conducted in the field of domesticated birds in the Department of Animal Production techniques / Musayyib Technical College about the effect of adding different levels of ginger powder to feed on some productive traits of broiler chickens Rose during the period from 25/03/2016 up to 05/05/2016 using 250 sheet of smolts meat Rose strain-old one-day non-naturalized Ashaaiaa that have been distributed to five transactions (50 birds per treatment) and solving treated by any two frequencies (5 birds each repeater)Experiment included five transactions: Treatment first T1: fed a control diet without any additions. The second transaction T2: add them (0.5%) of ginger powder to a normal diet. Third treatment T3: add them (1%) of ginger powder to a normal diet. Fourth T4 treatment: add them (1.5%) of ginger powder to a normal diet. Treatment five o'clock T5: add them (2%) of ginger powder to a normal diet. Results indicate that T5 treatment showed (2%) significant superiority on all transactions and transactions (T4, T3, T2) in turn outperformed the moral control treatment T1 in the rate of body weight.As well as the treatment T5 outperformed the rest of the transactions, while T4 treatment outperformed the transactions T3, T2 and which in turn Tvoukta the control treatment to increase the weight cumulative. Feed consumption: moral differences did not appear at the age of 4 weeks between transactions from time T1 control treatment showed a significant increase in feed consumption on the rest of the transaction as well as the treatment T2 showed a significant increase in feed consumption on transactions (T5, T4, T3). For feed conversion coefficient excelled T5 treatment at all Alpmaamlat outperformed the place of transaction (T4, T3, T2) my game control treatment. The ratio of Almaah Hlakat: transactions showed the T2 - T5 significant decrease (P <0.05) in the percentage of Hlakat compared with the control treatment.  Alncesph Almaah for Tsafa: outperformed all transactions of T5-T2 in the ratio of Almaah Tsafa the control treatment.

Effect of the adding of the different Levels of selenium inorganic to the diet in productive and physiological performance of Ross 308 broilers

The research was conducted to investigate the effect of different levels of inorganic selenium on the some productive and physiological traits of broilers .A total number of 400 one day old chicks (ross-308) were used in the experiments . chicks were randomly allocated in to 4 treatments, the First treatment fed an ordinary diet (control) , the second treatment Fed on a diet contained 20 mg / k100 kg selenium, the third treatment fed a diet contained 30 mg / 100 kg selenium and the fourth treatment 40 kg/ 100kg selenium, the experiment lasted 42 days . Results showed a significant effect (P<0.05) of selenium on body weights, the 4 th treatment surpassed on other treatments during the 6 th week as well as this treatment surpasses on other treatments in regard to the weight gains feed consumption was higher in treatments of selenium as compared with the control. No significant differences were noted in accumulative feed conversion rate (1-6 week) the fourth treatment surpassed on the second one as well as G.O.T and G.P.T enzymes during the 6th week. 

Effectof adding of vitamin b12 to tris extender and cooling period on the sperms viablilty for awassi rams

A study was conducted to investigate the effect adding B12 to tris extender on the physical and chemical semen characteristics, the semen storage at (5°C).five Awassi rams 3-4 years of age  all semen samples were tested for physical characters such as(individual motility ,live and dead sperm ,abnormal sperm%, ,Hypoosmotic test %, ALT and AST). Semen from each rams in the groups were pooled and divided into four parts to study the effect of adding different concentrations of antioxidants B12 to the diluent of semen .The added B12,  was (0,1,2,3 mg\ml) , Semen diluent were kept in refrigerator (5°C). The results showed that there were significant differences between the concentration (2,3, mg\ml) B12  comparison to(0,1mg\ml) B12 in individual motility 3.00 ± 78.42 , 2.22 ± 81.13%   and 0.19 ± 75.62 ,  3.17 ±87.49 in live and dead sperm comparison to control 12 ±73.55 at first day, and Hypoosmotic  0.77 ± 78.66  ,1.37 ± 81.33 comparison to control 0.45 ± 62.54ALT and AST , 0.49 ± 27.81 ,1.19 ± 26.29  comparison to control1.34 ± 33.53 % at third day and there were significant differences between the concentration (2,3, mg\ml) B12  comparison to(0,1mg\ml) in all characters at fifth day.
 

Supplemental Effect of Creatine and Carnitine with theirCombination on some productive traits of broiler chickens

The research was conducted to investigate the effect of supplementation of Creatine and Carnitine with their combination on some productive traits of Ross 308 broiler chicks.                                                                                       
Atotal number of 450, one old chicks were used in the research , those chicks were randomly alloted in to 9 equal treatments and each treatment included 2 equal replicates.Chicks were fed on diets supplemented with Creatine and Carnintine. treatments were arranged as follow:
The 1st  treatment  fed on an ordinary diet with out any supplement  where as the 2nd and 3rd treatments fed on a diet supplemented  with 100 and 200 mg/kg Creatine respectively. The 4th and 5th treatments fed diets 
supplemented with 100 and 200 mg/kg Carnintine respectively. The 6thtreatment supplemented with 100 mg / kg Creatine plus 100 mg / kg Carnintine , mean while the 7th treatment supplemented with 200 mg / kg Creatine plus 200 mg/kg Carnintine. The 8th treatment supplemented with 100 mg / kg Creatine plus 200 mg / kg Carnintine and the 9th treatment supplemented with 200 mg / kg Creatine plus 100 mg / kg Carnintine. Chicks in the experimental treatments fed adlibitum on the starter diet till 21 day , then transferred to the growing diet till 42 day.
 Results illustrated surpassing of live body weights , weight gains as well as improvement of feed conversion ratio with reduction of the utilized feed of broiler chickens that fed diets supplemented  with Creatine and Carnintine

Effect of salicylic acid on growth and yield of wheat (Triticum aestivum l) under drought condition

A Field experiment was carried out during the winter season of 2015-2016 at Al-Miqdadiyah-Diyala province to study effect of salicylic acid in growth and yield of wheat (Adna 99 cultivar) under drought conditions. Arandomized complete block design by Split Plot arrangement was used with three replications. The main plots included three levels of drought stress 50%, 75% and 100% from the recommended water. The sub plots included four concentrations of salicylic acid applied 0, 100, 200, and 300 part per million. The results showed that all the studied characteristics of growth, yield and yield components were significantly reduced by increasing drought levels. Plant height, number of tillers, flag leaf area, dry weight of plants, number of spikes number of grain per spike, weight of 1000 grain, Grain yield, biological yield and harvest index were decreased. Lowest values recorded by 50% from recommended water. While 100% from recommended water recorded highest values 82.89cm, 610.6 tiller.m-2, 41.07cm, 1280.9 gm.m-2 , 521.7spike.m-2 , 49.31grain .spike-1 , 33.24 gm, 8.52 ton . h-1 , 24.35 ton . h-1 and 35.02% respectively. Salicylic acid improved all of studied characteristics except number of spikes. The concentration 100 part per million was the best concentration, which recorded 80.35 cm, 571.13 tiller.m-2, 39.63cm2, 1207.7gm.m-2 ,45.81 grain.spike-1 , 33.90 gm,7.58 ton .h-1 , 22.18ton .h-1 and  33.99% , respectively. It was concluded that drought stress reduced growth and grain yield. Salicylic acid improved growth of plants and caused increasing in grain yield with and without drought conditions.   

Effect of foliar spraying solution Grow green and Salicylic acid in growth of sour orange seedling ( Citrus aurantium L. )

This experiment was conducted in the Lathhous of the Technical Instituite \ Musaib during 2016 growth season  on sour orange seedling, Which included two Factor : First was study the influence spraying  (Grow green) in four levels (0 , 3 , 6 and 9) mg.L-1 and the second factor was study the effect of four levels of spraying with Salicylic acid  (0, 50 , 100 and 150) mg.L-1 and their interaction on vegetative , root traits , leaves content of chlorophyll , Nitrogen , Phosphor and Potassium. The experiment in complete design of randomize (CRD) was done with three replicates and five Seedling for each treatment we have got the following results :
Spraying solution (Grow green) at 9 mg.L-1  gave the highest means of all characters studied and the content of chlorophyll and (N , P , K) in the leaf. Spraying solution (Salicylic acid  ) at 150 mg.L-1 caused highest mean of traits studied.  Interaction between the treatment 9 mg.L-1(Grow green )  Sapling with 150 mg.L-1  Salicylic acid  gave the highest values of studied.

The Effect of two types from foliar feeding on some growth character-istics for Prunus mrianna

Experiment  carried out at the Technical Institute of AL-Musayaib during the grow season 2014  on the seedlings of prunus  mrianna   .When were sprayed two types of foliar feeding   the first factor spray seedling foliar feeding Black sea  concentnations  (0,0.5,1)  g /L1- .the second factor was the concentration of foliar feeding  Elodia (0,50 ,100,150) m/L1-  the experiment as a factor random  complete design with three replications  and  by three seedlings of per treatment and the results showed the following :-
-Excellence level 1g/L1- of compost Blaek sea outweigh   moral to than treatments and in all of the traits which gave respectively 124.91 and 12.47 and 116.15 and 26.93 and 17.94  and 33.66 and 1.23 plant height and number of branches ,number of leaves and area and weight dry and the proportion of the chlorophyll and the percentage of nitrogen .- showed the level  150 ml/L1-of fertilizer Elodia  significant  superiority on all  treatment  which gave the 127.62 and 13.14 and 123.46 and 23.98 and 18.13and 35.25and 1.27for recipes studied and respectively plant height and number of branches ,number of leaves and leaf area and dry weight ratio chlorophyll and the percentage of nitrogen .pravaleaya moral synthesis between (Black sea ,Elodia ) to give the high  average  growth for all growth indicators which gave the 132.14 and 138.01and 14.31 and 26.04 and 19.29 and 39.15 and 73.10 and respectively .

Effect of irrigation water of the main out full with addiation Gypsum Phosphate on growth of barley ( Hordeum Vulgare )

Two experiments was conducted. The first experiment is laboratory,  by using the Columns techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of Gypsum Phosphate as a chemical mending. The second experiment is a biological to evaluate the efficiency of Gypsum Phosphate to improve the qualities of the soil cultivated flora of barley which  irrigated by the saline water of the main out full at Abu-Ghariab location. 0,50 and 100 ton . ha-1 of Gypsum Phosphate was added at two replicate then irrigated water given  at 5000 m3. ha-1. Results of chemical analysis tests of the soil columns (colums technique) showed and proved using Gypsum Phosphate efficiency as  good chemical mending at saline water as important calcium resource, as well as Gypsum Phosphate addition in columns technique leads to reduce EC and SAR in soil to a limit value which allowed for optimal growth of barley plants, also leads to reduce absorption of Sodium Na+ by plants roots and thus improve the most nutrient absorption, which reflected positively in increasing plant growth. Also increasing of Calcium concentration in columns Cause led to the removal of agreater amount of sodium  out of the roots zone and thus improving the qualities of soil chemical,physical and fertility. Results also indicate that the optimal level of Gypsum Phosphate addition was at level 50 ton.ha-1. And the higher level of it was unsignificant economically.

Role of Bio Fertilization in Reduction of Water Stress in Growth Characteristics of Mung bean (Vigna radiata L.)

A field study has been conducted during autumn season of  2016 at Karbala province of  Hindia by mungbean crop Vigna radiate L. to study the interrelated effect of both the Mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae ( and the Rhizobial bacteria ( R.leguminosaru (Under levels of water stress. Three treatments of irrigation are used ; (S1 irrigation every 5 days and S2 irrigation every 10 days and S3 irrigation every 15 days) and four levels of Bio fertilizer are used (without inoculation)(C0) and (Rhizobium inoculation)(R) and (mycorrhizal inoculation)(M) and (the interaction between mycorrhizal and Rhizobium)(M+R). A split plot in randomized complete block design is used with three replications. Treatments of irrigation are used as main plots while Bio fertilizer levels are used as sub-plot. Least significant difference (LSD) at 5% probability is used to compare the means. The results showed irrigation every 5 days (S1) was superior in having  the highest average of (plant height, leaf area, relative water content of leaves, root length, dry weight of roots, and infection Mycorrhizal inoculum)Amount (50.63 cm. Plant-1, 576.4 cm2. Plant-1, 74.68  %,17.79 cm. Plant -1 , 0.78 gm. Plant-1, 58.9%) respectively. While Biofertilization treatment (mycorrhizal and Rhizobium)(M+R) showed its superiority in all characteristics. The interaction among (R+M)S1,(R+M)S2 and (M)S1 significantly give the highest means for all plant characteristics.
