فعالیة المستخلص الکحولی لأوراق وقلف نبات الیوکالبتوس Eucalyptus camldulenis L. فی بالغات خنفساء اللوبیا الجنوبیة Callosobruchus maculates (Fab.) (Coleoptera : Bruchidae).

الملخص
تناولت الدراسة اختبار تأثیر المستخلص الکحولی لأوراق و قلف نبات الیوکالبتوس Eucalyptus camldulenis L. باستخدام المذیب العضوی الایثانول وبثلاثة تراکیز ( 1.25, 2.5 و 5 %). على بالغات خنفساء اللوبیا الجنوبیة Callosobruchus maculatus( Fab) . وملاحظة التأثیر بعد مرور 24و 48 ساعة من المعاملة ومقارنتها مع السیطرة. وأظهرت النتائج تأثیر مستخلص الاوراق والقلف المستخدم فی الدراسة على هلاک بالغات الحشرة اذ لوحظ من النتائج ان لمستخلص قلف الیوکالبتوس أعلى نسبة هلاک للحشرة بعد مرور 24 و 48 ساعة بلغ 60.00% و80.00% بالتتابع بترکیز 5% واقل نسبة هلاک کان لمستخلص الأوراق بلغ 36.67% و66.67% بالتتابع بترکیز 1.25%. کانت نسبة جذب 9.5 بترکیز 5 % و 3.66 بترکیز1.25% بالمقارنة مع نسبة طرد التی بلغت 23.33% بترکیز 5% و 21.83% بترکیز 2.5 % للأوراق والقلف بالتتابع .
