Aqeel Nazzal AL-Abedy College of Agriculture-Karbala University Journal Article 2019 05 08 This study was conducted in Qadisiya, Iraq, in 2016, to control the disease of sesame wilting, caused by the fungus <em>Fusarium solani</em>, using organic fertilizer, <em>Trichoderma harzianum</em>, N.P.K. and the fungicide Beltanol for comparison. The treatment with organic fertilizer inhibited the fungus F. solani (66.66%)  and stimulated the growth of biological control <em>T. harzianum</em> by 27.71% compared to the control treatment which reached 0.00%.   The treatment with the fungicide Beltanol had a high inhibitory effect on the growth of <em>F. solani</em>  with percentage of  100%, while it did not inhibit <em>T. harzianum</em> at the concentration of 1 ml / l. in conclusion, the addition of the organic fertilizer and the <em>T. harzianum</em> provided a high protection for seed, seedling and plants from the effect of <em>F. solani</em>, with an increase in the growth parameters of sesame plants. أجریت ىذه الد ا رسة فی محافظة القادسیة/ الع ا رؽ عا 2016 لغرض السیطرة عمى مرض ذبوؿ السمس المتسبب عف الفطر الممرض Fusarium solani باستخدا کالسماد العضوی وفطر المکافحة الاحیائیة Trichoderma harzianum و استخدا السماد الکیمیائی N.P.K والمبید الفطری Beltanol لممقارنة. أظیرت النتائج وجود قدرة تضادیة عالیة لمفطر harzianum T. ضد الفطر الممرض F. solani بمغت 1.7 . اما المعاممة بالسماد العضوی فأنیا ثبطت الفطر الممرض F. solani بنسبة 66.66 % و حفزت نمو فطر المکافحة الحیویة T. harzianum بنسبة 27.71 % مقارنة بمعاممة المقارنة التی بمغت 0.00 ،% تمتیا معاممة السماد الکیمیائی N.P.K التی ثبطت الفطر الممرض بنسبة 61.11 % ، فی حیف حفزت نمو فطر المکافحة الاحیائیة بنسبة 21.05 % مقارنة بمعاممة المقارنة التی بمغت 0.00 %. أما المعاممة بالمبید الفطری Beltanol فکاف لیا تأثیر تثبیطی عالی عمى النمو الشعاعی لمفطر الممرض بمغت 100 %، فی حیف ل یثبط فطر المکافحة الاحیائی عند الترکیز 1 مؿ/ لتر نستنتج مف ذلؾ إف إضافة السماد العضوی والفطر T. harzianum قد وفر حمایة عالیة لمبذور و الباد ا رت والنباتات مف تأثیر الفطر الممرض F. solani ، مع زیادة لمؤش ا رت نمو و حاصؿ نباتات السمس. https://jkas.uokerbala.edu.iq/article_160250_e5ca0f6473bbdc258e91d7c666465463.pdf
