Journal of Kerbala for Agricultural Sciences, Agriculture of College, Kerbela University Journal of Kerbala for Agricultural Sciences 2309-5199 5 2 2018 06 01 The effect of Adding Ginger (zingiber officinale ) powder and folic acid on some blood traits in ration of Kids black local Goat تأثیر اضافة مسحوق جذور الزنجبیل ) Zingiber officinale ( وحامض الفولیک الى عمیقة جداء الماعز المحمی الاسود فی بعض صفات الدم 60 71 160240 EN Mohaned Fadhl Hussain Al- Musodi Department of Animal Production/College of Agriculture/Karbala University Journal Article 2019 05 08 This study conduced in private farm in Karbala from 20/1/2016-15/7/2016 , the aim of this study is investiget  the effect of zingiber officinale powder  and folic acid added to Ration of local Iraqi Goat kids as afood addition on some blood triaits,18 Kids in 1-2 years old randomly divided to three group (6 each)  Kids of first group (control ) free of any addition concentrated diet in percentage 2% of body weight with grazed on farm pasture , the 2ndgroup (T1) feeded on the same ration with adding 8 mg.kg concentration daite of folic acid as food addivites , the 3rd group (T2) feeded on same ration with 30 gr.kg concentration diat  as afood addivites ,red blood cell ,white blood cells . heamoglobine,total blood protein , albumin and globuline are measured monthly,the results showed asignificant increase (P< 0.05) , in RBCs ,WBCs  and Hb in T1 and T2 group  compared with control group, total blood protein and globuline are asignificant increase (P< 0.05) in T2 group compared with control group , while bold albumin is no significant differ between all groups .      اجریت ىذه الد ا رسة فی حقل حیوانی اىمی فی محافظة کربلاء لمفترة من 20 وکان ىدف الد ا رسة ىو معرفة تاثیر اضافة مسحوق الزنجبیل وحامض الفولیک الى العمف المرکز لجداء الماعز المحمی الاسود کلا عمى حدة عمى بعض صفات الدم ,اذ استخدمت 18 جدیا محمیا بعمر 2 1 سنة قسمت - الى ثلاث مجموعات متساویة غذیت المجموعة الاولى )السیطرة ( عمى عمیقة مرکزة بنسبة 2% من وزن الجسم بالإضافة الى الرعی والاعلاف الخض ا رء , وغدیت المجموعة الثانیة ) T1 ( عمى نفس العمیقة اعلاه مع اضافة حامض الفولیک بمقدار 8 ممغم. کغم عمف مرکز , المجوعة الثالثة ) T2 ( عمى نفس العمیقة الاصمیة مع اضافة مسحوق جذور الزنجبیل بمقد ا ر 30 غم .کغم عمف مرکز, واخذت قیاسات کریات الدم الحم ا رء والبیضاء وخضاب الدم , ومقدار بروتین الدم الکمی ومقدار بروتین الالبومین والکموبیولین. واشارت النتائج الى ارتفاع عدد کریات الدم الحم ا رء والبیضاء وخضاب الدم معنویا P≤0.05 فی مجموعتی المعاممة ) T1 ,T2 ( مقارنة مع مجموعة السیطرة , کما ارتفع مستوى بر وتین الدم الکمی وبروتین الکموبیولین معنویا فی مجموعة المعاممة الثانیة ( T2 ( عمى حساب مجموعة السیطرة , فی حین لم یتاثر بروتین الالبومین بالاضافة معنویا https://jkas.uokerbala.edu.iq/article_160240_a597e095e4706ec3c5c3f014858bf2d1.pdf
