Alsayyed Department of plant production / Kufa Technical Insitute / AL-Furat AL-Awsat Technical university Journal Article 2019 05 08 The trend is Consider one of the terms that the researchers depend upon it in their studies specially in the field of psychology, because it has a clear effect on changing activity and of individual to that activity. As the activity of agricultural field is Considered from vital tributaries which the government has to pay attention to them, especially as many countries of the world are flourishing and growing in this filed,  they need to do a lot of work to  Support this vital sector, through supporting the academic institutions to train the future skills, to maintains this activity to go with development and environmental changes, within this sector. In addition to that, the government should work to find business organization that provide  facilities and support to this sector such as agriculture directorate specialized  agricultural bank to provide its  requirements.     It is worth mention if those organizations want to remain a competitive work environment and grow in a dynamic and so histicuted  environment and a complex communication network,  the must meet the needs of their customers and obtain their satisfaction  either it is a  service or a commodity  provided to them to occupy these organization their perceived  status.   So, the importance of this study has emerged  through the effect of the components of trend of agricultural graduates disciplines  to show the perceived states of business organizations in particular at level of country in  general by identifying those components as well as identifying the dimensions of perceived status in line with trends of individuals.   The study concludes that the knowledge ranked first by trend Component influences on the highlight of  perceived states of studied organization by its  behavioral dimension which linked first among its dimensions from the point of view of the sample. یعد الاتجاه من المفردات التی یستند علیها الباحثون فی د ا رساتهم خاصة فی مجال علم النفس لما له تأثیر واضح على تغییر سلوک ونشاط الأف ا رد وانجذابهم لذلک النشاط دون غیره .ولما کان النشاط فی الحقل الز ا رعی یعد من الروافد الحیویة التی لابد للدولة من الاهتمام بها سیما وأن العدید من بلدان العالم تزدهر وتنمو اقتصاداتها فی هذا الحقل ، مما یتطلب منها أن تعمل جاهدة على دعم هذا القطاع الحیوی من خلال دعم المؤسسات الأکادیمیة لتأهیل کوادر مستقبلیة تعمل على دیمومة هذا النشاط تحاکی التطو ا رت والتغی ا رت البیئیة ضمن هذا القطاع ، إضافة لذلک لابد للدولة أن تعمل على ایجاد منظمات أعمال تعمل على تقدیم التسهیلات والدعم لهذا القطاع کمدیریات الز ا رعة والمصارف الز ا رعیة المتخصصة لتلبی الاحتیاجات المتعلقة به . ومن الجدیر بالذکر فإذا ما ا ا ردت تلک المنظمات أن تبقى فی بیئة العمل التنافسیة وتنمو فی ظل بیئة دینامیکیة متطورة وشبکة اتصالات معقدة ، لابد لها أن تعمل على تلبیة احتیاجات عملائها وکسب رضاهم سواء کانت خدمة أو سلعة مقدمة لهم لتحتل هذه المنظمات مکانتها المدرکة. لذا برزت أهمیة هذه الد ا رسة من خلال تأثیر مکونات الاتجاه لخریجی التخصصات الز ا رعیة لإظهار المکانة المدرکة لمنظمات الأعمال بشکل خاص وعلى مستوى البلد بشکله العام من خلال التعرف على تلک المکونات وکذلک التعرف على أبعاد المکانة المدرکة بما تتناغم مع اتجاهات الأف ا رد . وتوصلت الد ا رسة لأهم استنتاج هو أن المکون المعرفی قد احتل المرتبة الأولى حسب مکونات الاتجاه والذی یؤثر على المکانة المدرکة للمنظمة المبحوثة ببعدها السلوکی الذی احتل المرتبة الأولى من بین أبعادها من وجهة نظر أف ا رد العینة . https://jkas.uokerbala.edu.iq/article_160232_0e7c52b0015b8db82349fcd1c8f1c106.pdf
