Journal Article 2019 05 08 An experiment was conducted in a plastic house in Horticulture and Forestry Department belongs Al-Najaf Agricultural Directorate during the growing seasons of 2015-2016. The aim was to study the effect of the spray amino acids and irrigation depth on growth and yield of egg plant (<em>Solanum melongena</em> L.). The experiment had comprised twelve treatments; three concentrations (0 and 2 and 4) ml.L-1 of amino acids and four depth of water applications surface drip irrigation D0 and sub-surface at depth of 4 and 8 and 12 cm namely D4 and D8 and D12, respectively. Variations between the means were tested according to Duncan's Multiple Range (D.M.R.)   at probability of 0.05.          Results showed that spraying with amino acids or add irrigation water with different depths improved vegetative growth (plant height and leaf area and dry root weight and total vegetative dry weight), and total yield. Interaction amino acid spraying with 4 ml.L-1 with treatment of depth 4 cm gave the highest values compared with the interaction treatment of control with treatment of depth 12 cm which gave the lowest values. نفذت التجربة فی احد البیوت البلاستیکیة فی شعبة البستنة والغابات التابعة لمدیریة ز ا رعة محافظة النجف المشتمل على Aminofert 2016 ، بهدف د ا رسة تأثیر رش المستحضر التجاری - أثناء الموسم الز ا رعی 2015 مجموعة الأحماض الأمینیة بت ا رکیز مختلفة، وعمق الری فی الصفات الخضریة والکمیة لنبات تضمنت التجربة 12 معاملة هی عبارة عن التداخل ،)Solanum melongena L.( Egg Plant الباذنجان 0 و 2 و 4 مل.لتر- 1( على المجموع الخضری ( Aminofert بین ثلاثة ت ا رکیز رش من الأحماض الأمینیة ری تنقیط D بواقع ثلاثة م ا رت بین رشة وأخرى 25 یوما" أوربعة أعماق مختلفة لإضافة ماء الری بالتنقیط هی 0 ری تنقیط على عمق 12 D ری تنقیط على عمق 8 سم 12 D ری تنقیط على عمق 4 سم و 8 D سطحی و 4 )R.C.B.D.( سم من سطح التربة. نفذت التجربة العاملیة ضمن تصمیم القطاعات العشوائیة الکاملة وبثلاثة مکر ا رت وقورنت المتوسطات بحسب اختبار دنکن Randomized Complete Blocks Design متعدد المدى عند مستوى احتمال 0.05 ویمکن تلخیص النتائج بما یأتی: بینت النتائج أن الرش بالأحماض الأمینیة أو إضافة ماء الری بأعماق مختلفة قد حسن من صفات النمو الخضری )طول النبات والمساحة الورقیة ووزن الجذور والوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضری( وکذلک الحاصل الکلی لموسم التجربة، ومن جهة أخرى حصل نفس التأثیر نتیجة التداخل بین العاملین وبالتحدید معاملة التداخل 4 مل.لتر- 1 حامض أمینی مع معاملة العمق 4 سم التی أعطت أعلى المعدلات للصفات قید الد ا رسة مقارنة بمعاملة المقارنة مع معاملة العمق 12 سم. https://jkas.uokerbala.edu.iq/article_160227_d5b4e9e68701374bffce7c73a8a1aa19.pdf
