Journal of Kerbala for Agricultural Sciences, Agriculture of College, Kerbela University Journal of Kerbala for Agricultural Sciences 2309-5199 5 3 2019 05 08 Effect of Organic and Bio-fertilizer on some yield and quantity parameters for two strawberry varieties Fragaria× ananassa Duch تأثیر اضافة السماد العضوی و الحیوی فی بعض مؤش ا رت الانتاجیة والنوعیة لصنفین من نبات الشلیک Fragaria× ananassa Duch 13 30 160220 EN Fouad Abass Salman agriculture of college/University of Kufa Ayad Jasim Jaber Al-Najaf Agriculture directorate Journal Article 2019 05 08  The study was conducted in Horticulture and Forest Unit at Al-Najaf Agriculture directorate during 2016-2017 growing season, to study the effect of adding some Bio and Organic fertilizer on yield and some quality parameters of strawberry (<em>Fragaria</em> <em>x </em><em>ananassa</em> Duch) cultivated in plastic house.        The first factor included two varieties of strawberry: Albion and Burtela while the second factor was adding seven treatments of organic and bio-fertilizer including: without adding fertilizer (control), adding <em>Azotobecter </em><em>chroococcum</em> (10g.plant-1), adding of <em>Bacillus subitls</em> (10 ml. plant-1), spraying of organic fertilizer Appetizer (1 ml. plant -1), adding of <em>A.</em><em>chroococcum</em> <em>+ B. subitls</em>, adding <em>A.</em><em>chroococcum</em> + spraying of Appetizer, adding <em>B. subitls</em> + spraying of Appetizer and adding of <em>A.</em><em>chroococcum</em><em> + B. subitls</em> with spraying of Appetizer. Factorial experiment using Randomized Complete Block Design ( R. C. B. D) with three replicates were used.The Duncans multiples range test at 0.05 probabilities was adopted to compare the treatments means.          The Bortila variety was significantly increased the fruits number to 27.08 fruit.   Plant -1, weight fruit rated to 25.05gm.fruit-1 and yield to 675.50 gm. Plant-1.The type of fertilizer showed a significant increase with adding <em>A.</em><em>chroococcum</em> <em>+ B. subitls</em> + Appetizer sprayed fruit number to 30.00 fruit.plant-1, and fruit weight rated 27.97gm.fruit-1 The Albion variety markedly increased total sugar to 10.54 mg.100gm fresh weight-1, while the Burtela variety showed significantly increase total acidity to 4.29mg.100g fresh weight-1and ascorbic acid to 33.73 mg.100gm fresh weight-1.   The fertilizer of <em>A.</em><em>chroococcum</em> <em>+ B. subitls</em> + Appetizer sprayed significantly increased total sugar to 12.11 mg.100gm fresh weight-1, while nitrate content reduces to 14.13mg.100gm dry weight-1. The treatment of <em>A.</em><em>chroococcum</em> + Appetizer sprayed significantly increased Ascorbic acid to 55.47 mg.100gm fresh weight-1. The control treatment showed significant increase in total acidity 5.35 gm.100gm fresh weight-1 and nitrate content to 19.45 mg.100gm dry weights-1. اجری البحث فی مشتل شعبة البستنة و الغابات العائد الى مدیریة ز ا رعة محافظة النجف الاشرف خلال 2017 لد ا رسة تاثیر اضافة بعض انواع الاسمدة الحیویة و العضویة فی نمو و انتاجیة - الموسم الز ا رعی 2016 المزروع داخل البیوت ) Fragaria× ananassa Duch( وبعض الصفات النوعیة لصنفین من الشلیک البلاستیکیة. تضمنت التجربة عاملین هما الصنف وقد شمل صنفان هما البیون و بورتلا اما العامل الثانی فکان عبارة عن Azotobacter تسمید حیوی و عضوی بسبعة عوامل وفق ما یلی ) من دون اضافة ( ومعاملة السماد الحیوی 10 مل.نبات- 1( ورش السماد ( Bacillus subtilis 10 غم.نبات- 1( ومعاملة السماد الحیوی ( chroococcum A. واضافة B. subtilis + A. chroococcum 1مل.لتر- 1( ومعاملة ( Appetizer العضوی السائل و Appetizer رش السماد العضوی +B. subtilis ومعاملة Appetizer رش السماد العضوی +chroococcum نفذت التجربة کتجربة عاملیة . Appetizer رش السماد العضوی + B. subtilis + A. chroococcum معاملة وبثلاث مکر ا رت وقورنت المتوسطات باستعمال اختبار R.C.B.D باستعمال تصمیم القطاعات الکامل المعشاة . دنکن متعدد الحدود عند مستوى احتمال 0.05 أظهر الصنف بورتلا تفوقا معنویا فی زیادة عدد الثمار الى 27.08 ثمرة.نبات- 1 ومعدل وزن الثمرة الواحدة الى 25.05 غم.ثمرة- 1 ومعدل حاصل النبات الى 675.50 غم .نبات- 1، أما عن تأثیر نوع التسمید فقد تفوق معنویا فی زیادة عدد الثمار الى Appetizer ورش السماد العضوی B.subtilis و A. chroococcum أضافة 30.00 ثمرة .نبات - 1 ومعدل وزن الثمرة الى 27.97 غم.ثمرة- 1، فیما تفوق الصنف البیون معنویا فی محتوى الثمار من السکریات الکلیة الى 10.54 ملغم . 100 غ ا رم وزن طری - 1 فیما تفوق الصنف بورتلا معنویا فی زیادة کل من نسبة الحموضة الى 4.29 ملغم . 100 غم وزن طری - 1 ومحتواها من حامض الأسکوربیک الى 33.73 رش السماد العضوی + B.subtilis + A. chroococcum ملغم. 100 غم وزن طری - 1، وأظهر التسمید زیادة معنویة فی السکریات الکلیة الى 12.11 ملغم. 100 غم وزن طری - 1، فیما انخفض فیها Appetizer فقد تفوقت معنویاً فی زیادة حامض الاسکوربیک Appetizer رش السماد العضوی + chroococcum الى 55.47 ملغم. 100 غم وزن طری - 1 قیاسا بمعاملة المقارنة التی سجلت زیادة معنویة فی محتوى الثمار من الحموضة الکلیة الى 5.35 غم . 100 غم وزن طری - 1 والنت ا رت الى 19.45 ملغم . 100 غم وزن جاف- 1 فیما کان للتداخل الثنائی بین الصنف و نوع التسمید تأثیر معنوی فی الصفات المذکورة اعلاهA. معنویاً محتوى الثمار من النت ا رت الى 14.13 ملغم . 100 غم وزن جاف- 1 اما المعاملة السمادیة المتض https://jkas.uokerbala.edu.iq/article_160220_5ed1157ac3abab24e9f9a9e50501fa18.pdf
